Add users (optional) If this account is for business purposes and requires multiple users, you can create subaccounts here: [Add Subaccounts](Add Subaccounts Link). This allows each employee to have their own login and specific access to the account.
Upload contacts (optional) If you have a contact list you’d like to upload, simply prepare an Excel sheet with the required information in each column (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number). You can upload it here: [Upload Contacts](Upload Contacts Link). Once uploaded, the system will prompt you to match your columns. For example, First name – First name, Last name – Last name, etc. If a column doesn’t match, you can choose custom field options. Note: You don’t need a contact list to send SMS messages.

If you require the ability to send or receive MMS, you’ll need to purchase an MMS-enabled number.
